Hello.
Max Moran is a law student, writer, and researcher. He is currently a 2L at Willamette University College of Law, where he is involved in the Willamette chapters of Law & Political Economy and the National Lawyers Guild. Before law school, Max was a research director at the Revolving Door Project, a non-profit anti-corruption watchdog focused on the federal executive branch.
Max’s writing has appeared in The American Prospect, The New Republic, The Nation, The Guardian, The Intercept, and other outlets. His areas of legal interest include monetary policy, financial regulation, antitrust, intellectual property, administrative law, and ethics law.
Before becoming a white-collar desk grunt, Max was a barista in the Boston financial district. This probably explains why he dislikes bankers so much.
